Management changes often, lots of turnover, wages are low, and colleagues don't complete their work which stacks up.
Retirement options and convenient to home.
None as the CEO just raises rent on affordable housing in other cities that don't have big revenue hence making people move to less quality neighborhoods just to keep a roof over their kids heads.
Sparkle some paint on old crappy apartments and fix the stairs and fire the old management team so you can raise rent on the same tenant that has lived their for two years for the same shitty apartment with terrible water and loud noises and crappy appliances.
There is none as he just cares about his money and not his customers that rent as not every state or city brings in same revenue as Montana or Idaho.
