Was a great company

Cons of working at Averitt Express

They screw over your career by adding up trumped up safety violations they can’t prove but make you sign or you can’t go back to work then they fire you and no one will hire you with a safety violation. If they were decent they would give you the choice to quit first.

Most terminal s are great

Communication and rules be the same for each terminal instead of different procedures at each.

Dispatchers are great and most terminal managers are great, Cincinnati terminal, not so much.
