Job Description
The Machine Operator may be assigned to the embossing, sealing, or inspection departments to support the needs of the business. In this role, you will be assigned to one of three shifts (1st Shift, 2nd Shift, or 3rd Shift). The shift schedules are Monday-Friday and the hours for each are as follows: 1st Shift 7:00am-3:30pm, 2nd Shift 3:00pm-11:30pm, 3rd Shift 11:00pm-7:30am. *3rd shift Monday starts at 11:00pm Sunday night. Training for this position will take place on 1st Shift. You must be able to complete your training on 1st Shift before moving to 2nd Shift or 3rd Shift. Overtime opportunities are regularly available, depending on the needs of the business.
Activities and duties may vary depending upon site-specific needs and daily work assignments. Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
Perform the Six Sigma starting procedures.
Read photometric samples.
Wash and lubricate belts.
Create shop packets.
Maintain a safe, clean, efficient, and productive workplace.
Maintain utilization and minimize downtime, within departmental guidelines.
Make decisions regarding quality issues.
Utilize continuous monitoring devices and other measuring equipment regularly.
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation. Perform additional duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience required.
Comfortable working with computers.
Able to work with others and actively contribute in a team environment.
Basic reading, writing and mathematical skills.

Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair and upkeep of equipment and facility. Activities include both planned and predictive maintenance and breakdown repair.
This role will be 1st Shift, 6:00am - 2:30pm.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Locate and diagnose failures, replace defective components, and perform basic troubleshooting using standard equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions.
Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as pneumatic tools, motors, conveyor systems and production machines and equipment using testing instruments, hand and power tools and precision-measuring instruments.
Performs a wide variety of functions such as installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment for generating, distributing, and utilizing electrical energy. Uses instruments to test circuits and replaces or installs new power, light, electronic and control circuits.
Troubleshoots electrical malfunctions, inspects circuits and wiring for shielding and grounding, and tests electrical equipment for safety and efficiency.
Repairs complex electrical equipment, including motors, switches, switchboards, electrical mechanisms, automated machines, controls, panels, relays, circuit breakers, communication systems and alarms.
Performs complex wiring assignments.
Installs Measures, cuts, bonds, threads, assembles and installs electrical conduit.
Works from schematics, drawings, layouts, or other specifications to locate and diagnose trouble in the electrical system or equipment.
Improvises acceptable fixes to get equipment running promptly.
Assists engineers in diagnosing problems and suggesting corrective action.
Cleans and lubricates parts.
Inspects completed repairs.
Properly inspect and maintain shop equipment, in accordance with OSHA regulations.
Prepare new machines and production equipment for operation.
Follow a strict preventive maintenance schedule to lessen exposure to downtime related repairs and maintenance.

Reporting to the Director of Continuous Improvement, as the Corporate Predictive Maintenance Leader you'll develop a world class Predictive Maintenance program. As a member of the Reliability Center of Excellence Team and cross-functional Technical Transformation Team, you will lead the development and execution of Predictive Maintenance processes, tools, standards, and key performance indicators. Qualifications

Vibration analysis certification.

Job Description
The Machine Operator may be assigned to the embossing, sealing, or inspection departments to support the needs of the business. In this role, you will be assigned to one of three shifts (1st Shift, 2nd Shift, or 3rd Shift). The shift schedules are Monday-Friday and the hours for each are as follows: 1st Shift 7:00am-3:30pm, 2nd Shift 3:00pm-11:30pm, 3rd Shift 11:00pm-7:30am. *3rd shift Monday starts at 11:00pm Sunday night. Training for this position will take place on 1st Shift. You must be able to complete your training on 1st Shift before moving to 2nd Shift or 3rd Shift. Overtime opportunities are regularly available, depending on the needs of the business.
Activities and duties may vary depending upon site-specific needs and daily work assignments. Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
+ Perform the Six Sigma starting procedures.
+ Read photometric samples.
+ Wash and lubricate belts.
+ Create shop packets.
+ Maintain a safe, clean, efficient, and productive workplace.
+ Maintain utilization and minimize downtime, within departmental guidelines.
+ Make decisions regarding quality issues.
+ Utilize continuous monitoring devices and other measuring equipment regularly.
+ Maintain accurate reporting and documentation. Perform additional duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience required.
+ Comfortable working with computers.
+ Able to work with others and actively contribute in a team environment.
+ Basic reading, writing and mathematical skills.
+ Regard safety as a core value and serve as role model for other employees. Adhere to safety practices, policies and procedures.
+ Encourage open communication and positive interaction with others to effectively reach a common goal.
+ Have a strong service and quality focus, be able to address issues effectively when problems arise and take initiative to understand the root cause. Communicate / educate the team in a timely manner.
