    The Coating Operator is assigned to work on a coating line and may work in one or more workstations including the face unwind, liner unwind, die, main console/winder, and quality lab. Individuals in this role may be proficient on more than one coating asset in a given location. In this role, you will work D-Team, 5:50PM-6AM, 3-1-3, 12Hr, Nights. The hourly rate for this position is $24.16 / hour. The coating line operator is responsible for leading machine set ups and changeovers, problem-solving, coordinating PM's, making decisions on machine adjustments. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities: Activities and duties may vary dependent upon site specific needs. Essential functions may include, but are not limited to: Coating Operator * Load raw material into the machine and unload the finished product. * Determine and control the machine cycle varying and modifying as necessary. * Perform tests and check products routinely for multiple characteristics using standard measuring devices and making some judgments against not readily measurable standards. * Meet production schedules and program production sequences for optimal productivity. * Follow standard operating procedures and specifications or instructions of higher level technical personnel and monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. * Report any malfunctions or abnormalities and make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment. * Maintain production records and logs of equipment and product performance. * Adjust set up and process operations accordingly. * Follow all health, safety, and housekeeping procedures, policies and practices and consistently work in a safe manner with regard to self, co-workers, and manufacturing systems. * Attend and participate in all required training. * Understand and implement the quality standard procedures that relate to the role and responsibilities of a Coating Operator. * Perform general housekeeping tasks and waste removal within the department/group and assists other areas as required. * Continuously review current processes and search out improvement methods to improve product/process quality and reduce waste, rework, and unnecessary work that adds no value to the work or process. * Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Teamwork: Assist and support other team members in meeting department and site goals. Participate and share in performing all tasks necessary to run the facility. Contribute and participate in team decision making. Provide support in project work and other special requests. * Perform all other functions as necessary. Stack them properly and load them onto scrap truck If RCRA Certified- be available to unload and put away Totes if no other DOT Cert. drivers are available Operate floor scrubbing machine and clean floor in finishing department at least Keep all fire doors, exits clear. Perform complete and accurate inventory transactions to document the movement of material within the Inventory Management System. The **Meeting Manager, Specialty Networks Meeting & Event Planning** is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of internal and external meetings, events, and trade shows aligned with strategic business and brand objectives. **_Responsibilities_** + Leads planning and execution of meetings. + Manages event budget - develops forecast, updates in real time, and finalize post event. + Manage event reconciliation post-event - identify and validate all charges from venue and vendors, breakdown costs per person for purposes of Sunshine reporting, and utilize appropriate systems to report costs. + Leads onsite meeting logistics including vetting and choosing venues and outside vendors to coordinate meeting needs, such as audio visual, food & beverage, and other onsite logistics. + Adherence to Cardinal Health compliance guidelines + Participate in internal and external meetings on weekly (or otherwise) basis. + Work in CVENT to set-up event registration sites and update information on a regular or as needed basis. + Identify meeting materials and production needed onsite, and work with Meeting Coordinator to execute (create and ship). + Serve as primary onsite contact for venue and any vendors + Works cross-functionally with Meeting Coordinator, Meeting Recruiters, Marketing, and other teams, as needed. **_Qualifications_** + Bachelors degree in related field, preferred + 4+ years experience in related field, preferred + Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), preferred + Working knowledge of CVENT, or other event management tools + Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Teams and Excel required + Experience working with outside vendors, vetting venues, and working through vendor contracts + Strong organizational skills + Strong written and verbal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment + Ability to travel at least 25% (about 1 week/month including some nights and weekends) **_What is expected of you and others at this level_** + Demonstrates knowledge of meeting planning and project management practices. + Negotiates, manages and/or implements budgets and contracts with external vendors. + Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and serves as a strategic advisor to clients. + Utilizes software to track registration, budgets, logistics and other information for meetings & events. + Translates the goals and objectives of meetings and events into a positive and effective experience. + Demonstrates ability to work with cross-functional team to ensure event success. **Anticipated Pay Range:** $67,500 - $72,500 **Bonus Eligible:** No **Benefits:** Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being. + Medical, dental and vision coverage + Paid time off plan + Health savings account (HSA) + 401k savings plan + Access to wages before pay day with my FlexPay + Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) + Short- and long-term disability coverage + Work-Life resources + Paid parental leave + Healthy lifestyle programs **Application window anticipated to close** : 01/12/2026 * if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible. _** The salary range listed is an estimate.
