He was also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Information Spectrum Inc. (ISI), which was acquired by the Anteon Corporation in May of 2003. With Mark at the helm, ISI aggressively built upon its existing foundations and grew from $28 million in 1989 revenue to over $130 million in 2002 revenue with over 1,200 employees.
