Provide system engineering expertise to the Government's continued development of the Government's model base systems engineering (MBSE) capability. Provide system engineering expertise to the Government's development of strategies to future mature Government MBSE capability to maintain alignment with Industry best practices. Provide system engineering expertise to the Government's use of advanced MBSE tools, e.g. tools that use the Architecture Analysis and Design Language (AADL) and parametric diagrams (e.g. ParaMagic). Create and maintain models in architecture tools including MagicDraw, Rhapsody, and System Architect. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information. Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing. Ability to work with large amounts of data. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline, or four (4) years of a demonstrated and established knowledge base and subject matter expertise. Four (4) years experience developing and delivering MBSE artifacts needed to support development of SysML/UML models of CONOPS and Requirements, Architecture models, and simulation cases. Experience with the MBSE toolchain including UML/SysML modeling tools like Cameo, MagicDraw, Enterprise Architect, Rhapsody or equivalent.
