A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc. Job Responsibilities: Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications. Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities. Drives fast, appropriate actions to minimize the impact of deviations from the Demand Plan • Communicate to sales team and stakeholders about product availabilities and update customers. • Develop and execute product demand plans to meet organization goals based on demand patterns and business trends. • Provides solutions based on research of system capabilities, standard processes, and best practices • Coordinates projects, including new product launches and life cycle changes. Skills and Qualifications: Background & Competencies Required: • BA/BS college degree required or its equivalent. MBA preferred. • APICS or other forecasting certification preferred. • 8-10+ years of Inventory, supply planning, material planning, or demand planning experience Demand Management/Planning/Inventory Management and/or strategic sourcing • Thorough understanding and experience dealing with supply chain processes which will help identify groups and/or teams to collaborate with to solve issues that arise on a day to day basis as it relates to inventory control • Understand master scheduling, forecasting, procurement and demand planning principles • Working knowledge of ERP systems (iSeries, Oracle, SAP,JDA), MS Office (Excel & Access) • This includes preparing formula driven spreadsheets, spreadsheet charting, and database querying • Thorough knowledge and comfort working with various ERP systems • Experience using Replenishment and Fulfillment software is strongly preferred • Strong analytical abilities • Able to work flexible hours and travel • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact and influence personnel of various levels and disciplines • Self-starter, high level of personal accountability, and innovative individual.

Job Description Who You'll Work With As a team member of the Procurement team, you are the face to Arista's suppliers and internal stakeholders acting as a liaison and partner to both. You will be responsible for continued evaluation and evolution of procurement systems, processes, and suppliers. What You'll Do Work with internal information customers and external vendors to research, request pricing, prepare and review bids/pricing, prepare purchase orders, track orders, mark orders as received, and respond to billing inquiries. Strategic thinking, influencing, project management, problem solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a group or solo on projects with little to no supervision.
