SUMMARY: Ensure all maintenance actions including documentation are carried out in accordance with approved data in an airworthy manner. Additionally, responsible for preliminary, routine and in-process inspections on aircraft and/or components to determine serviceability and airworthiness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accomplish incoming preliminary inspections on aircraft/components in accordance with customer request cards or manufacturer's manuals.
Ensure documentation of maintenance performed is as required by FAR's, ATS ' Repair Station Manual and customer's Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program ( CAMP ).
Accomplish final buy-back of maintenance performed.
Accomplish in-progress inspections including clearance-to-close, torque verifications, dimensional checks, rigs, etc.
As authorized by ATS and airlines, perform return-to-service and airworthiness releases on serviceable tags, aircraft logbooks, and FAA form 337.
Perform audit of ATS facilities for FAR and safety regulation compliance.
Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
F.A.A. Airframe and Powerplant License Required
Three years heavy aircraft maintenance experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by Manager's discretion.
NDI and previous QC experience highly desirable.
Prior supervisory experience highly desirable.
PHYSICAL EFFORT AND DEXTERITY:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to sit; use their hands and arms; and talk or hear; and focus on objects close up. The employee will also be required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally, with help, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $31.00 - $47.00 hourly [for non-exempt roles], not including bonuses or benefits. Your pay will be based on your experience, skills, and education, as well as internal equity to ensure fairness across the team. Candidates closer to the lower end of the range are typically building their expertise, while those at the higher end bring significant experience and specialized knowledge. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.

In addition to those factors, we consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range noted above is the full base hourly range for the role. Hiring at the upper end of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. About the role - CDL Class B Driver (Midland, TX)
We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a CDL Class B Driver within our Orica USA Commercial team.
This role will be responsible for driving and operating Orica's bulk trucks (Mobile Manufacturing Units) and installing blasting products for our customers at local construction sites, mines, and quarries as well as being accountable for the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment.
This is a hybrid role that consists of approximately 40% driving and 60% physical work related to the installation of blasting products. Responsibilities include loading products, driving a Class B CDL truck, pulling hoses, operating manufacturing units control systems, and climbing on and off the bulk truck in various weather conditions.
Additionally, this role will operate equipment to provide blasting products while assisting in delivering a high-quality service of bulk explosives to customers. We prioritize safety and strive to ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times.

What you will be doing

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, including checking and refilling fluid levels.
Safely hook up and unhook trailers as part of daily operations.
Operate emulsion tanker trucks and box trucks as part of daily responsibilities.
Ensure raw materials and hazardous goods are handled, stored, and used in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Minimize environmental impact through waste reduction and control practices.
Immediately report any unusual incidents or accidents.
Actively participate in daily toolbox talks and monthly safety meetings to promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
What you will bring
Minimum of one year of experience in driving and/or material handling (preferred).
Solid understanding of DOT regulations (required).

Physical requirements

Regular pushing and pulling while working with equipment.

SUMMARY: Under general supervision, the Logistics Specialist proactively supports operations and customer support activities in their assigned area(s). Identifies critical items before they impact the completion of production and maintenance schedules. Provides customer support to various areas within the Supply Chain group.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warehouse Hangar Part Department (HPD) Clerk:
Moves and transports product using forklift.
Pulls in-house requisitions to fill demand from production.
Delivers Heavy Distribution products as needed to support operations.
Performs daily Picklist-Pull inventory and stages for production.
Builds kits or consolidates parts for production.
Runs ERP In-Transit report & verifies items have been issued.
Performs daily inventory cycle counts for accuracy.
Maintains customer requirements in inventory accuracy and parts segregation.
Fills out HAZMAT paperwork for items being transported to other on-site locations.
Performs stores and warehouse internal inspections in preparation for live audits.
Transfers and put away stock from receiving.
Puts away recapped CFE parts and material into CFE-ERP.
Maintains accountability of stock for various CFE inventory.
Drives to local supplier sites to retrieve inventory.
Transports inventory by AOG vehicle every 2 hours to other buildings as location requires.
Transports inventory by AOG vehicle as required by immediate request from production.
Travels to other local ATS buildings to put sheet stock away or unload large items.
Unloads supplier trucks as needed to assist Receiving.
Pulls RMA return requests for shipping to supplier.
Updates off-units in Oracle.
Works with customers on disposition of off-units and stock.
Monitors email requests from internal production and support departments.
Maintains up to date training in ATS Plateau platform.
Warehouse Shipping Clerk
Moves and transports product using forklift.

Assists Shipping with preparation of shipments, including packing, boxing and crating.
Drives to local supplier sites to retrieve inventory.

Maintains order for crates and provides dimensions and weights to supplier.
Monitors email requests from internal production and support departments.
Responds to daily questions from production about parts, tooling, and chemicals.
Relays shipping information to Account Service Reps and customers as needed.
Maintains up-to-date training in ATS Plateau platform.
OTHER DUTIES:
May operate light passenger vehicles, vans, pickup trucks, etc. to transport passengers, materials, or equipment in an industrial area, either inside or outside the local area.
Assists with special projects as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL EFFORT AND DEXTERITY:

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $20.24 - $26.15 hourly not including bonuses or benefits. Your pay will be based on your experience, skills, and education, as well as internal equity to ensure fairness across the team. Candidates closer to the lower end of the range are typically building their expertise, while those at the higher end bring significant experience and specialized knowledge. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.

SUMMARY: Service, repair and overhaul aircraft to ensure airworthiness. Works under minimal supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
General
Has intermediate knowledge of all areas of the aircraft and assigned work area. Repair, modify, replace, or otherwise perform routine aircraft maintenance work in specialized areas of aircraft.
Develop repair schemes utilizing SRM or Engineering data. Conduct operational tests.
Communicate effectively with other maintenance personnel at all levels by keeping co-workers and leadership apprised of work progress and difficulties as they arise.
Complete job assignments in a timely manner.
Read and interpret manufacturer and airline maintenance manuals, service bulletins, drawings, and other specifications to determine the feasibility and method of repair, replacement, or modification.
Responsible for accurately clocking to jobs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Systems:
Remove and replace landing gear, engines and air-conditioning systems
Utilize OEM and Engineering drawings to modify parts
Rig landing and operational test gear systems and engine systems
Trouble shoot landing gear, engines, hydraulic and air-conditioning systems

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years of related commercial/military aircraft maintenance experience.
Airframe or Airframe and Powerplant License preferred.
