The Service Technicians will be based out of our Van Nuys Airport office and are responsible for providing in-house, and on-site client installation, repairs, and maintenance of their Aircraft. The ideal candidates are prompt and reliable, have superior support skills and excellent communication. He/she will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service. Responsibilities: Support the client - Oversee all aircraft maintenance services and perform tests on equipment and circuits. Troubleshoot issues and resolve any requests or maintenance concerns that come up in a timely manner. Perform tests to ensure proper mechanical operation. Maintain relationships with customers and follow company guidelines. Equipment and service - Troubleshoot each squawk, and repair as necessary. Keep accurate logbook entries, and digital records. Create reports of customer service calls. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or certification preferred Ability to build strong relationships with the customer and display excellent communication skills Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manager Ability to lift to 55 pounds Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Hold an A&P, iA,or LSRM certificate Knowledgeable about all safety requirements About Aviators Inc: Aviators Inc is a flight school out of Van Nuys Airport.
