the company prefers to hire outsiders that to hire those that are loyal and been here for promotions. Talent team tells you you can't negotiate your pay but then outsiders come in making more than the ppl who have been on these jobs.
it was working from home but that's been killed to greed.
Good company just can’t seem to fix issues but rather jump to new projects. Managers are trained but rather moved around to see who fits better.
