What you'll do
We are looking for a SC Intern to join our Solution Consulting organization. Reporting to the Manager, Solution Consulting, this intern will play an important role in our Solution Consulting team assisting in a variety of projects and tasks related to the delivery of the solution consulting demos and supporting content to our internal teams. This paid internship is for Summer 2026. Candidates are strongly preferred to be located for a daily commute to the Seattle, San Francisco, or Chicago Docusign offices. Remote candidates will be considered. Must be entering final undergraduate year of study, graduating in 2027. No relocation assistance. This role is not eligible for sponsorship or CPT.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Solution Consulting.
Responsibility
* Learn Solution Consulting skills that include: discovery, building demos, delivering product demonstrations, objection handling, answering technical product questions
* Complete impactful projects (individual amp; group) for initiatives driven by the Presales Organization
* Assist the Presales Organization with program improvements and various initiatives to update and uplevel employees
* Attend meetings with the SC and Sales teams to understand the various programs we are implementing and maintaining in our Sales organization
* Research, analyze, interpret, and present patterns and trends in the Presales Organization

**About the Internship** The Aviation Ground Transportation team oversees policies, programs, and commercial strategies for taxis, for-hire vehicles (FHVs), transportation network companies (TNCs), and other access modes serving JFK, LGA, and EWR. The team plays a key role in revenue planning, stakeholder engagement, permit management, and analysis that informs transportation decision-making across the Port Authority's airport system.
**Responsibilities**
+ Support ongoing and emerging initiatives related to taxi and FHV operations, including:
+ Assisting with improving the collection, organization, and overall scope of data maintained for ground transportation permittees - including Uber, Lyft, Carmel, Dial7, and several third-party shuttle bus operators - to provide continued analysis of transactions and revenue reporting.
+ Assisting with research and benchmarking taxi, FHV, and TNC policies across peer airports.
+ Supporting analysis of ground transportation activity trends, including trip volumes, curbside utilization, and access fee impacts.

Representative Duties

Participate in the design of new product tests and detection plans, responsible for verifying the detection and test capability for new products.
Responsible for compiling, archiving, and transferring materials relating to the new product development process.

Support organization of process capability study and verification of new product technological processes and participate in Run-at-Rate verifications.

Work with Quality Verification Engineer to develop PV testing plan according to OEM requirements.

Establishing new product quality resume, summarize quality problems, and provide improvement suggestions.

Participate in internal training specifically required for guiding new product quality standards and inspection specifications implementation to new product control plan.

Experience
1+ years quality engineering field experience, experience in automotive production manufacture is preferred
Education
Pursuing Bachelor degree or significant relevant work experience (Engineering or management major preferred)
Physical Condition
Intern will be required to work in an office environment at a desk and interacting with others on the manufacturing floor. Must be able to travel to customer facility, as required.

1. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software Word, Excel, Power Point;
2. Proficient in IATF Core (Five) Tools and quality statistics knowledge;

Training Required
1. Systematically trained in manufacturing technique of automotive glass and main equipment;

5. Trained in related OEM and Tier 1-specific requirements.
