Required Experience: * PhD in a related discipline (e.g., business administration, operations management, engineering) plus 10 years of experience, or 18 years of related experience. * Comprehensive knowledge of Army regulations, acquisition policies and precedents, program goals and objectives, and work processes of the organizations supported, as well as relationships with other programs within the Department of the Army. * Army Acquisition experience. * Program Management experience and extensive knowledge of contract actions and documents, including but not limited to Statements of Work and Integrated Master Schedules. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work effectively, and work well with others. * Skilled in interpersonal and intergovernmental communications. * Plan, organize, and direct the work of teams or task forces to implement recommendations, address changes, and resolve conflicts among team members. * Above average knowledge of Microsoft Programs, to include, but not limited to, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint. * Outstanding communication, both written and verbal. * Outstanding analytical skills. * Excellent organizational skills. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance. * Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time.
