Richard Hague is the Chief Commercial Officer at Anika Therapeutics, Inc. since October 26, 2015. Most recently, Richard served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, for TEI Medical, where he was responsible for driving revenue growth, building the sales and marketing teams and implementing strategies to drive national account and federal and private payer acceptance of the company’s technology platform. Richard previously was Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Commercial Operations at Sanofi Biosurgery, where he led the build out of the global sales and marketing team and oversaw all commercial activities in the U.S. for the company’s Cell Therapy and Regenerative Medicine business. Richard’s prior experience also includes leadership positions at Genzyme Biosurgery as Senior Director and Head of U.S. Sales and Northeast Regional Sales Director. Richard holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from the University of Connecticut.

Michael “Mick” Farrell was appointed ResMed’s CEO and has served as a director since March 2013. He joined the company in 2000, serving as president of the Americas region from 2011 to 2013, senior vice president of the global sleep apnea business unit from 2007 to 2011, and various senior roles in marketing and business development. Before joining ResMed, Mick worked in management consulting, biotechnology, chemicals and metals manufacturing at companies including Arthur D. Little, Sanofi Genzyme, DowDuPont, and BHP Billiton. Mick serves on the board of directors of ResMed, the Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed) and Zimmer Biomet (NYSE: ZBH), a multibillion dollar public company that provides implantable musculoskeletal medical devices for patients globally. He is also a member of two committees at Zimmer Biomet: Nominating and Governance as well as Compensation and Management Development. He also volunteers as a trustee for non-profit organizations: UC San Diego Foundation, Rady Children’s Hospital, the La Jolla Playhouse, and Father Joe’s Villages in San Diego, California. Mick holds a bachelor of engineering with first-class honors from the University of New South Wales, a Master of Science in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Greg Barrett has more than 35 years of medical device experience. Most recently, Greg was the Chairman, President and CEO of BARRX Medical, where he guided the company to a successful sale to a strategic partner. Prior to joining BARRX, Greg served as President and CEO of ACMI Corporation, Group Executive Vice President at Boston Scientific Corporation, and he has held positions as Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing at both Orthofix Corporation and Baxter Healthcare. He also spent 13 years at C.R. Bard Corporation, where he finished his tenure as Vice President of Marketing in the Cardiosurgery Division. Greg sits on the Board of BaroSense, Inc. and Cutera, Inc. Greg holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Texas, Austin.

Christine Zambricki is a Chief Executive Officer at AMERICA S BLOOD CENTERS and is based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. She has worked as Deputy Executive Director/Senior Director Federal Affairs Strategies at American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, Administrative Director at Mercy Hospitals and Health Systems of Detroit, and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer at Henry Ford Health System.
