Job Summary:
Responsible for cleaning office and warehouse facilities.
Principal Responsibilities:
Responsible for cleaning office and/or warehouse facilities in a safe and efficient manner.
Empties trash containers, dusts furniture, cleans floors (vacuums, sweeps, mops, etc.) and fixtures, cleans restrooms and restocks restroom supplies.
Cleans conference rooms after meetings and may set-up conference room in preparation of scheduled meetings.
Puts out "wet floor" signs after cleaning/waxing floor section to maintain safe working conditions for employees.
Stocks janitorial supplies.
Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Be Doing:
Support daily various distribution center functions including: receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping.
Transport, store, and stage product.
Ensure quality and productivity goals are met.
Pull, prep, and complete shipping orders via RF scanners, paperwork, and box packaging.
Perform data entry, merchandise scan-ins, and provide accurate inventory counts.
Build shipping boxes based off variant product heights, weights, and contents.
Create shipping labels via multiple carriers by accurately entering contents height, weight, and material; potential for creating international waybills.
Utilize multiple computer systems to consolidate orders, complete commercial invoices, and create shipping labels.
Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material, either independently or as part of a team.
Optional training for forklift and OSHA10 as available.
Ensure warehouse area is cleaned, organized, and all safety procedures are being followed.
Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, floor lifts, and basic tools.
Report any equipment malfunctions or necessary repairs to relevant channels.
What You'll Need:
1-3 years of relevant work experience .
Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to perform end-user computer functions (e.g., data input, interpret information and instructions from computer screens) on Warehouse computer systems (e.g., terminals, tablets and scanners).
Must have strong attention to detail.
Reading, writing, and understanding of English language .

Performs a variety of distribution center activities related to one or more of the following processes: packing, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, stock handling, storing, distribution and inventory support. Provides high quality, cost effective, and efficient service to meet current and future demands.
Principal Responsibilities:
Fulfills orders from stored inventory meeting customer requirements and inspection/testing processes. Ships orders within time commitments and completes all documentation. Communicates with lead/supervisor regarding any fulfillment issues or problems.
Receives, unpacks, and inspects incoming materials and product, and verifies against written orders. Returns defective materials.
Ensures documentation such as packing lists, shipping labels, and other such documents are complete, accurate and processed appropriately.
Identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.
Maintains and updates systems as required.
Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience:
Typically requires a minimum of eight years of related experience.
Education and Certification(s):
High School Diploma or equivalent
Distinguishing Characteristics:
May require standing for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
May require forklift certification
May be required to meet specified visual acuity standards if completing final inspections
Requires the ability to stand, bend, stoop, squat, twist and working at heights exceeding 15 feet
