Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
Identify and prospect potential customers for our manufacturing and production facilities.
Understand our manufacturing and production capabilities and apply this knowledge to find opportunities.
Develop strong customer relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet Annual Operating Plan goals.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Coordinate, prepare and deliver sales proposals.
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
Knowledge of government contracting is a plus.
Attend industry events and conferences.
Assist with customer installations.
Assist with warehouse activities including system integration.
Up to 30 percent travel will be required to meet with clients and attend trade shows.
Ability to understand technical drawings.
Knowledge of production processes such as routing and travelers.
Hands-on manufacturing experience is a plus.
Prior military maintenance experience (especially in maintenance) is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $238,000 to $357,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. The work:

The salary range for this role is $238,000 to $357, 500 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target.
