Summary: This position independently performs requested ultrasound examinations, searching for any possible pathology as indicated by the patient's symptoms/medical history and/or results from previous testing. The position reviews and discusses the ultrasound findings with the radiologist and a diagnosis is made. Responsibilities And Duties: 60% Performs various ultrasound examinations. Subjectively interprets information based on judgmental decisions by Ultrasonographers, requiring in-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and pathology. Maintains complete knowledge of wave form physics, i.e., , time gain compensation curves, attenuation factors, etc. , required to set equipment variable properly for appropriate imaging of specific anatomy. Assists Radiologists with performance of invasive procedures. 10% Independently evaluates normal vs. abnormal test results in correlation with patient history, previous examinations, lab results, etc. 10% Independently gives preliminary ultrasound results to attending physicians, surgeons, residents, etc. regarding any vascular ultrasound procedures as determined by site accreditation. 10% Teaches/educates imaging students, medical students and residents in basic scanning methods and instrumentation of ultrasound. 10% Maintains equipment and stocks supplies. The Student Imaging Tech Aide duties include but are not limited to the following: provide support to clinicians in the preparation, performance and post procedural work of providing patient care. OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital is hiring a full-time registered Radiation Therapist in the Radiation Oncology department. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. This is a large and busy Radiation Oncology department located in two locations within the hospital and requires a therapist to be on call for add on or urgent cases. Call is rotated on a weekly basis among the 11 therapists. The department consists of three Linear Accelerators and two CTs. They also provide High Dose Rate Brachytherapy in the department. Delivers radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist. Prepares patients for a course of Radiation Therapy inclusive of simulation, dose calculations and acquiring of treatment parameters. Ability to develop and maintain a steady stream of new prospects, sale projections & analysis. Tabling at Industry specific conferences and gatherings. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our offerings to potential clients (Lunch and Learns, in clinic, and when doing outreach to new businesses). Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market. Provide excellent communication to the customers and potential customers to ensure they understand the products, process and services needed. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of insurance, waivers and fee for service requirements, our product offerings, and the related processes. Work with current customers to gain new referrals. Identify and build relationships with potential new referral partners. Train referral partners ie: health coaches, etc., on our products, services, and website as needed. Plan and make visits to referral partners and prospects on weekly basis Submit weekly call reports on visits that include opportunities, complaints, and new product requests Submit weekly expense reports with appropriate documentation Address customer queries and concerns promptly Maintain up-to-date knowledge about BBHC products and services Business to Business sales: develop strategic relationships with local builders and commercial leads. Develop Sales and market strategies to exceed the company's Sales objectives through the development and expansion of new markets and revenue streams Foster a positive culture through clear leadership and open communication Utilize internal tools and systems, to optimize processes and enhance productivity. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of sales techniques. Familiarity with Salesforce, High Level, or similar CRM software is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Strong business development skills with the ability to identify market opportunities. Ability to conduct effective product demos that engage potential customers. A proactive approach to cold calling and lead generation.
