Prior to Awarepoint, he was the Co - Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer of MDdatacor, inc., a healthcare information technology company that enhances health care quality through the development of innovative technology solutions to support such programs as pay-for-performance, clinical integration and care coordination, and the patient-centered medical home. With more than 25 years experience as an entrepreneur, Tim has a successful track record in starting, financing and managing innovative high-growth companies. He has secured over $150 million in private and public equity financing for various companies in the technology and health care industries. Prior Senior Management positions include : (i) Chief Financial Officer of BrightLane.com, an ASP online business center focused on automating back office business processes, (ii) Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of eCompanyStore.com, a business to business e commerce promotional products company, (iii) Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Biofield Corp., a publicly-traded medical technology company, (iv) Controller of Dianon Systems, Inc., a publicly-traded laboratory services company, (v) Senior Supervisor at Arthur Andersen LLP.
