David Davis is the CEO of CNG Holdings, Inc., a diversified specialty finance company headquartered in Kenwood, Ohio. CNG Holdings is the parent company for Axcess Financial Services which operates, Check ‘n Go, and TEMPOE, LLC. Check ‘n Go is the second largest payday advance company in the United States. David currently oversees all aspects of the company including everyday operations of all locations, human resources, legal, compliance, regulations, and all financial transactions.

David is currently active in the Specialty Finance / Payday Advance industry through various state trade associations in addition to the industry’s National trade association, The Community Financial Services Association of America. He is a founding member, current Board member and the association’s first President.

Mr. Davis has over ten year’s previous banking experience. He was formerly Vice President at Provident Securities & Investment Co. (now PNC Bank Investments) where he earned his Series 7 General Securities License and a Series 24 Principles License from the NASD.

Mr. Davis is active in the Cincinnati Chapter of the YPO (Young President’s Organization). He is a 1987 graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Finance.

Mr. Davis, his wife Tracy, and their four children reside in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Billy Smiddy is a Chief Retail Executive (CRE) at Axcess Financial and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has worked as Division Vice President at Axcess Financial; Director, Print and Document Services Hub Operations at Office Max; and Division Vice President at Office Max. Billy attended Community Loans of America Inc, Axcess Financial, and Office Max.

Andrea Andre are a Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel, Secretary at Axcess Financial and are based in Mason, Ohio. They have worked as Senior Corporate Counsel at Axcess Financial, Associate Attorney at Pearson & Bernard P.S.C., and Compliance Manager at SNAAC. Andrea attended Capital University Law School between 2003 and 2006 and University of Cincinnati between 1999 and 2002.

Kenneth Judd is a Chief Financial Officer at Axcess Financial and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has worked as Senior Financial Analyst at Ge Capital, Quality Administrator at Ge Capital, and Manager of Finance- Home Depot at Ge Capital. Kenneth studied at University of North Florida until 2001.
