Mike joined Axel Johnson in 2002. Prior to leading Axel Johnson, Mike spent 17 years as a partner and member of the board of directors of Monitor Group, a global consulting and merchant banking group.

Mike is Chairman of the Board of Sprague Resources LP, Kinetico Incorporated, Walk2Campus Holdings, LLC, Brazeway Incorporated, and Parkson Corporation.

He is a Director of ConforMIS and HighRes Biosolutions. He is also a Trustee and the Treasurer of St. Anne’s Belfield School in Charlottesville, VA.

Mike holds an AB from Bowdoin College and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University.

Ms. Sarsfield was appointed to the board of directors of our general partner in February 2015. Ms. Sarsfield currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Axel Johnson Inc., a position she has held since June 2012. Ms. Sarsfield initially joined Axel Johnson as the VP Finance and Administration in July 2010. Previously, Ms. Sarsfield was the Chief Financial Officer of RA Capital Management, LLC and a Partner and Co-Founder of BlueStar Capital Management LP, a firm specializing in healthcare investing. Ms. Sarsfield holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Virginia. She spent a year in the University of Chicago Division of Biological Sciences Ph.D. program in Molecular Genetics before going on to get a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

Camilla Wideroth is a Chief Financial Officer at Axel Johnson Inc and is based in Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden. She has worked as Financial Manager and Teacher at Svenska skolan Tokyo, Senior Manager at KPMG, and Group Financial Controller at REDERI AB SOYA. Camilla attended LiU between 1986 and 1990, University of Gothenburg between 2008 and 2009, and Stockholms universitet between 1991 and 1993.
