AXIMA company history timeline
On 09.08.2001, the Belgian Groupe Fabricom, a subsidiary of the Suez Group, takes over six independent companies of Sulzer Infra in Germany and continues to operate them under the brand name Axima.
Since 2007, NOSKE-KAESER has been expanding on a global scale, establishing first locations in France, India and China.
The company was also not spared from the shipping crisis that started in 2008 and is still ongoing.
The Axima-Companies in Germany took over the new brand’s name as well and from the middle of November 2009 they had appeared as Cofely Deutschland GmbH and Cofely Refrigeration GmbH on the market
Since 2010, NOSKE-KAESER are also active in the offshore area.
In 2015, NOSKE-KAESER Marine Australia is founded.
Launched in early 2015, QUANTUM P is Cofely Refrigeration´s answer to the growing demand for exceptionally powerful chillers
Since 2017, NOSKE KAESER became ENGIE Axima.
