Position Overview As a Data Analyst and Curator, you will play an integral role in organizing, harmonizing, and managing data from multiple sources (i.e., databases, Excel spreadsheets, etc.) to assist cognitive scientists to upload and download mental health data and to ensure data quality. You may also generate metrics reports, visualizations that support evidence-based decision-making by stakeholders, and/or dashboards. This hands-on role involves the organization and quality management of clinical research data and the preparation of reports to present and explain findings to senior leadership and various stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in analyzing data to identify best practices, areas of improvements, and lessons learned is an essential facet of this role. This is an exciting and unique opportunity for candidates who are able to recognize and synthesize information and analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities Abstract information that involves protocol or contact/site activities and appropriate the data into the correct databases to support clinical trials. Provide data mining and quality assurance of clinical trial data and help colleagues with research as needed. Track and monitor metrics providing timely and quality updates. Analyze data quality issues, mapping documents and queries in order to troubleshoot and correct data issues compared to source data. Accurately enter required data into one or more databases, documents, or spreadsheets, and assume accountability for data integrity and transparency of metrics/analytics reports. Utilize data expertise to improve data validity and integrity across the enterprise and design preventative safeguards to prevent future issues. Share findings and assist in making actionable recommendations. Understand flow and transformation of data and define modifications based on data mapping business rules. Independently validate work products and deliverables before QA and reconcile inconsistencies. Manage multiple priorities within an agile framework and set expectations regarding timelines. Responsible for managing stakeholder requests, communications, and triaging issues for timely resolutions; Selects relevant information from a variety of sources in order to prepare documents, reports, summaries, and replies to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper format of the information provided. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering or related scientific, technical, or clinical discipline is required. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., familiar with VLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, SUMIF functions and pivot tables) data analysis and data modeling experience. Strong research skills and ability to synthesize and summarize information. Exceptional written and oral communications skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and engage with internal and external stakeholders quickly. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines. Meticulous data entry skills, strong attention to detail, and accuracy including the ability to proof work products accurately. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will serve as a central coordinator and technical facilitator for the Top-Secret Infrastructure (TSI) Team by: Providing program, project, and technical management support for the development of a new Top-Secret (TS) network. Generating, analyzing, and validating technical requirements to ensure successful system integration across facilities. Leading weekly team meetings, industry partner status calls, and coordinating with the DAiTA Group and DNA Department. Working with Site Systems Security Offices and NAVAIR Cyber to define physical and network connection requirements and support TS infrastructure certification and Authority to Operate (ATO) approval. Partnering with functional leads to gather inputs for Digital Transformation briefs to leadership. Assisting with TSI risk management activities.
