Job Summary of the Facility Specialist
Under the direction of Operations Leadership, the Facility Specialist will work with various corporate office departments to support daily operations through such activities as performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting utility, building equipment & systems, and directing vendors in these endeavors.

Troubleshoot issues with equipment / building systems and coordinate with vendors on repairs as necessary. Equipment examples - HVAC, lighting, freezers, incubators, building access systems, etc.
Coordinate with vendors on equipment calibrations and preventative maintenance
Order and install replacement equipment where needed
Work with IT on infrastructure changes that require IT support
Read and understand MEP drawings
Read and understand schematics
Demonstrate familiarity with powered and manual hand tools
Operate a variety of meters for diagnostics

Requirements
Education:PharmD required or BS Pharmacy degree with equivalent and acceptable experience from a College of Pharmacy accredited by American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP).
Experience:Five years of professionally responsible pharmacist experience required for Bachelors degree holders. One year of recent inpatient hospital experience as staff pharmacist or pharmacy intern in a general medical/surgical hospital preferred for PharmD candidates.
Certification:N/A
License:State of Florida Department of Professional Regulation, Registered Pharmacist Licensure.
Other:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, data entry skills, analytical and basic math skills required.
