Your Impact
The Federal Customer Success Executive owns the post-deployment experience between Axon and our Federal Customers, driving value realization and return on the client's investment. Successful Customer Success Executives are technology-savvy individuals that partner with our customers and demonstrate how our products improve their daily workflows by adoption of Axon Evidence features.
Location: Hybrid - Remote: Preference would be Washington, DC, but anywhere in the United States
Reports to: Senior Manager, Customer Success: Federal
Travel Expectation: 60%
What You'll Do
* Serve as the main point of contact and strategic partner for a broad portfolio of customers within Federal Agencies and DoD
* Conduct regular Program Reviews discussing strategic projects, monthly release notes and product adoption
* Develop a deep understanding of Axon's product line and customer workflows to ensure alignment with customer needs
* Learn and share industry best practices in order to solve customer needs
* Work with Axon's cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Support Engineers and Program Management to be the internal voice of the customer.
* Have high availability to assist with customers, including after business hours as needed.
* Managed projects involving your customers as needed, providing feedback and updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage Success Planning in Gainsight, with familiarity of Salesforce, JIRA and many other internal software platforms.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing role
* Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing Federal agency customer relationships

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 86,250 in the lowest geographic market and USD 138,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors. Your Impact
As a Lead for our Global Physical Security Team, you will report directly to the Security Supervisor. You will assist in the responsibility for overseeing team members during a designated shift and site. In your role you will ensure security team members adhere to all post orders, protocols, procedures, regulations, and compliance with company polices. You will be the first point of contact for escalations on incidents and emergencies in the absence of the Physical Security Supervisor and Global Director of Security.
What You'll Do

Reports to: Supervisor, Physical Security
Partners with Security Supervisor to monitor and arrange shift activities according to schedule requirements and staff availability. Establishes and coordinates work schedules and post coverage
Conduct bi-weekly 1 on 1 meetings with assigned shift team, document conversations in quip document. Will report performance and talent findings to leadership as directed
Communicating with Supervisors, Peers and Subordinates - Providing information by telephone, in written form, email, or in person
Responsible for reviewing and editing of incident reports on assigned shift prior to submittal with leadership
Conducts inspections of various security posts to ensure on-duty Security officers have required assigned equipment AB4, radios.
Ensure all officers are properly performing their assigned tasks
Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods.
Maintains daily shift activity and incident log available to site supervisor
Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises.
Required to monitor facility fire suppression systems, intrusion systems, and use CCTV technology.
Possess effective written and oral communication along with interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with others in a professional and effective manner.
Coordinates activities with local police and emergency agencies as appropriate.
Ensure all employees and visitors have proper credentials for accessing Axon property. (ID badges and passes)
Assist employees and visitors with any concerns they may have.
Report suspicious activity, criminal behavior, and security breaches.
What You Bring
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Three or more years of security or law enforcement leadership experience
Proficient computer skills needed
State Driver's License Required
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, positive attitude, and always present a professional image.
Preferred Qualifications
Five years of work experience in security, corrections, or related field of equivalent training/education.
Three or more years of customer service experience
Three or more years of leadership experience

What You Bring
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Product Engagement, or Customer Programs in a SaaS, hardware/software, or enterprise technology environment.
Experience with Vehicle Intelligence, in-car systems, or Axon's Outpost/Lightpost/Fleet ecosystems strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling presentations and communicate product value to a variety of customer audiences.
Proven ability to lead digital and community-based engagement programs that drive product adoption at scale.

Your Impact
You will be a key leader within the Enterprise team at Axon. This is a Senior Account Executive role on a “startup" within Axon where we'll move fast, win our earliest customers in verticals outside of public safety, and build repeatable sales motions and successful partners.
Commercial partnerships are key to the Enterprise effort at Axon and the Senior Account Executive will be responsible for selling our products and services directly and indirectly to the earliest Data Center and Critical Infrastructure customers. At the same time, you will be working closely with the GM - Enterprise on building the Enterprise go-to-market design and team. This is a quota carrying position. Ability to think creatively, articulate complex solutions, build and maintain senior level relationships, navigate across large integrators and Fortune 500 accounts, and lead the Axon team to success is required. The position provides technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and/or product training.

Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Finance teams on scrap reporting processes; ensure accurate documentation, root cause input, and alignment with cost tracking systems.

What You Bring
2-4 years of experience in production control, materials planning, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing or high-volume production environment.
Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite), including work order management, BOM validation, inventory transactions, and journal entries.

What You'll Do
Lead and Deliver
Lead, coach, and develop the U.S. revenue accounting team to meet Axon's high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Present the close outcomes to senior leadership including the CFO, COO and CAO.
Keep finance and executive leadership informed of any matter that could materially affect revenue timing, accuracy, compliance, or system performance.
Ensure all approvals and sign-offs under this role's purview are obtained and documented
Own the Close
Oversee and execute the end-to-end monthly and quarterly revenue close across all entities and revenue streams.
Confirm that journal entries, reconciliations, deferrals, and disclosures are complete, reviewed, and retained.
Provide accurate and timely revenue schedules and footnote disclosures for SEC and management reporting.
Prepare and review variance analyses explaining period-over-period and forecast-to-actual movements.
Prepare and review the gross margin analysis.
Ensure the close calendar is met without exception, barring documented escalation and approval.
Maintain a full audit trail supporting every revenue conclusion and adjustment.
Own the Systems
Help form the vision and implement Axon's revenue system roadmap
Perform post-implementation validation and user-acceptance testing after every deployment to confirm accuracy and control functionality.
Maintain segregation of duties and SOX-compliant access controls.
Work with the appropriate teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of all contract, SKU, and pricing master-data, partnering with IT and Commercial Operations on validation controls.
Policy, Compliance & Controls
Work with technical accounting to draft, maintain, and enforce all revenue accounting policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Act as control owner and operator for revenue-related SOX controls; ensure performance and evidence are documented and test-ready.
Work with technical accounting to research, document, and obtain formal approval for all technical accounting conclusions, consulting with Corporate Accounting or auditors as appropriate.
Ensure retention of all records and workpapers in accordance with Axon's document-retention policy.
Participate proactively in compliance, Internal Audit, and Legal reviews of revenue processes, providing documentation and subject-matter input whether or not specifically requested.
Immediately escalate any suspected error, misstatement, or management override through proper compliance channels.
Partner Across Axon
Partner with Sales, Operations, Legal, FP&A, Commercial Controllership, IT, Tax, and Treasury to ensure complete, accurate, and compliant revenue data and cash application.
Review deal structures, pricing models, and contract terms in advance of execution when unusual terms arise to identify and resolve revenue impacts before signature.
Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies that could affect revenue; track and verify corrective actions until resolved.
Train and guide non-finance teams whose work influences revenue outcomes.
Serve as the primary contact for all internal and external audit inquiries.
Continuous Improvement & Scalability
Drive automation, process optimization, and control enhancement to shorten close cycles and improve accuracy.
Track measurable process-improvement metrics and report progress quarterly.
Ensure systems and policies scale for new business models, international expansion, and evolving compliance requirements.
Conduct post-project reviews to validate sustained performance and control integrity.
Monitor new product offerings, service models, and contract types for revenue-recognition implications and update policies and training accordingly.

What You Bring
CPA required with deep technical accounting knowledge of ASC 606.
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting (Big 4 or national firm) and public company controllership experience.
Proven expertise in reconciliations, flux analysis, audit support, and technical memo writing.
Experience serving as the lead contact for external auditors, including walkthroughs, testing, and resolution of issues.
Experience partnering on ERP/CRM implementations and ensuring accounting/compliance requirements are built in.
Experience with data governance and integrity for accounting/reporting systems.

Your Impact
As a ALPR Project Manager at Axon, you are the operational engine behind our national ALPR deployment efforts. You'll manage the day-to-day permitting process across jurisdictions-tracking submissions, coordinating with local authorities, and ensuring approvals land on time and in compliance with code. You will own and accelerate the permitting process for Axon's ALPR infrastructure deployments by eliminating roadblocks before they surface.
This role combines tactical project management with a strong grasp of permitting fundamentals. You'll collaborate closely with our Permitting Leads, Deployment Managers, and Legal teams to surface risks early, maintain schedule integrity, and standardize execution across regions. Your work ensures our teams can install confidently-on time, on budget, and by the book. You will guide customers through regulatory hurdles, standardizing scalable workflows, and enabling compliant, high-velocity installations across the U.S.
What You'll Do
Location: Must reside in one of our Hub locations listed below
(Scottsdale AZ, Seattle Washington, Boston MA, Denver CO, Atlanta GA)
Travel: up to 25% within the U.S
Permit Execution & Tracking
* Coordinate permit submittals, follow-ups, and approvals across assigned regions
* Maintain accurate and current data in Project Management tracking systems
* Monitor and report permit status to project and leadership teams
Issue Resolution & Risk Management
* Identify delays or blockers early and escalate to permitting leadership
* Support mitigation plans for schedule-critical jurisdictions
* Ensure all documentation and correspondence meet compliance standards
Cross-Functional Coordination
* Partner with Deployment Managers and Engineering to align permit timelines with install schedules
* Interface with AHJs, customers, and internal stakeholders to maintain clear communication
* Provide permit forecasts and readiness updates to project teams
Process & Quality
* Follow standardized permitting workflows and recommend refinements for efficiency
* Support continuous improvement initiatives led by Sr. Permitting Managers
* Maintain consistent documentation and version control across all jurisdictions
What You Bring
* 5-7 years of experience in permitting, construction, utilities, or infrastructure project management
* Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and local zoning or right-of-way regulations
* Experience coordinating with municipal or state authorities
* Excellent communication and documentation skills; detail-oriented and organized
* Proficiency in Project Management software, Excel, and permit tracking tools
* PMP, OSHA 30, or ICC Permit Technician certification preferred
* Hands-on coordination of permit submittals and approvals
* Comprehension with electrical, zoning, or environmental permitting workflows
* Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with defined timelines
* Solid follow-through and escalation management
* Clear, professional communication with AHJs and internal partners
* Ability to explain permitting requirements to technical and non-technical audiences
* Smartsheet, Asana, GIS, or CAD knowledge
* Experience with document control and permit tracking systems

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 84,750 in the lowest geographic market and USD 135,600 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
