For me the pros of axonius are to meet different cultures, since they have people from lots of countries, Brazil guys are awesome.
In my experience axonius is not a really good place to work, the worst part is the unexperience of the managers overall, they seem not to understand software very well, and yet they carry a strong sense of proud, based on nothing. Toxic environment by the end.
Salary for sure is the best perk, since they don't have much more.
I didn't have the chance of meet the CEO so nothing much to say about.
I would remove all the directors and team leaders and hire people that understand about software and understand about people. True leaders is what they need not these fake ones.
A bit above average.
I didn't see any desire of diversity, they have a couple of meetings about it but I had the sense that's just about marketing.
