We are seeking a Senior Product Line Manager with a strong hands-on mentality to enhance current solution offerings and drive new API Management capabilities in our Amplify Platform. The Amplify platform is the heart of Axway's product offering and is a key and important to the company success. This person will be responsible for driving the core API policy definition and enforcement capabilities of the Amplify platform, defining and executing the product strategy and delivering a delightful user experience. In this role the person will also be responsible for market analysis, solution offering design, and solution architecture and deployment. Responsibilities Own the core API policy definition and enforcement capabilities driven from our Amplify management plane, both in terms of design-time user experience and runtime enforcement. Assume accountability for the execution and business performance of the roadmap. Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners and R&D teams to translate the vision and roadmap into an actionable, prioritized backlog, ensuring our teams are always working on the highest value item and gaining buy-in from internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, support, R&D) and customers. Experience in building API Management offerings such as API gateway, proxy, or service mesh solutions. Experience with container-based solutions and supporting cloud-native management, provisioning, and observability technologies is highly desired. Responsibilities As a Catalyst, you will be challenged to engage on the following levels: Expertise Lead key corporate decision makers and their teams along their API journey through thought leadership and becoming a trusted advisor. Speak at internal and external events Speak at customer sessions Qualifications 5+ years of experience designing and implementing APIs using an API First approach in addition to expertise in API related technologies such as SOAP, JSON, XML, REST, Swagger, RAML, and WSDL. To do so we are organized in three very tight teams: the Curriculum Architects team (CA), the Design and Development team (D&D), and the Delivery Team (DELI), the “Axway University Super-Admin” role reports to the Delivery Team Director. The team was put together 18 months ago, and we are still developing and growing our content as well as our ways of working. The ideal candidate is expected to help set up the team rules as well as deliver on the daily responsibilities and tasks. Responsibilities Optimize the use of the LMS (Docebo) and all other tools used by the whole team to create and deliver engaging learning experiences (ReadyTech, Poll Everywhere, Murals, etc). Provide support and coaching to the 12 systems admins who are spread in several location in Europe and the United States. Promote use of the ecosystem of tools we have available. Create ways to securely open access to other people in the ecosystem to exploit AU tools autonomously. Follow up with our vendors' CS teams on existing tickets, optimizing use, and becoming an influencer in their communities. Team up with the CA and D&D to lead projects dedicated to improving the learner experience via the use of the technologies available or new ones. Provide constant visibility of know bugs, fixes, roadmaps, trending ideas, and current projects. Analyse and produce reports of system usage including ideas for optimization. Qualifications Excellent command of Docebo. In place of Docebo experience, candidates should have experience with at least 2 different LMS tools and used other technologies to create a “state of the art” Learning Experience Platform.
