Responsibilities: Strategic Architecture Leadership Define and execute Aya's enterprise architecture vision and roadmap, ensuring tight alignment with business goals and long-term growth strategies. Partner with senior leadership to guide technology investments that enhance agility, resilience, and digital innovation. Integrate architecture disciplines across data, AI/ML, application, integration, and infrastructure domains into a cohesive enterprise ecosystem. Data & AI/ML Enablement Design and evolve Aya's enterprise data and AI architecture, including data mesh, governance, analytics, and MLOps frameworks. Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to build scalable, production-grade AI/ML platforms that enable model deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization. Be a champion for responsible AI principles, ensuring transparency, fairness, and regulatory compliance. Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies such as large language models, vector databases, generative AI, and semantic retrieval to maintain a competitive advantage. Team Leadership & Organizational Growth Build, mentor, and scale a world-class enterprise architecture team across multiple domains and geographies. Define clear success metrics, growth paths, and frameworks to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability that empowers architects to drive measurable business value. Partner closely with product, engineering, and data leaders to translate architectural strategy into execution and outcomes. Governance & Innovation Establish and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, and review processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance. Balance innovation with operational excellence, enabling calculated risk-taking while maintaining architectural integrity. Continuously monitor technology and industry trends to evolve Aya's enterprise technology stack and ensure future readiness. Required Qualifications: Experience: 15+ years of progressive technology and architecture leadership experience. Enterprise Architecture Leadership: 8+ years leading enterprise or solution architecture at scale across multiple domains. Team Leadership: 7+ years building and growing architecture teams within large, matrixed enterprises (Fortune 500 or comparable). Data & AI/ML Expertise: 7+ years architecting enterprise-scale data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML ecosystems. Cloud Platforms: 5+ years leading architecture across AWS, Azure, or GCP (multi-cloud experience preferred). Frameworks: Hands-on experience with TOGAF, Zachman, SAFe, or similar enterprise architecture frameworks. Security & Compliance: Proven ability to ensure alignment with data privacy and regulatory standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.). Executive Influence: Track record of partnering with C-level leaders to translate architectural vision into measurable business outcomes. Preferred Experience Leadership experience in large-scale data or AI-driven digital transformation programs. Background in healthcare, financial services, or other highly regulated industries. Familiarity with enterprise interoperability, knowledge graph architectures, and responsible AI frameworks. Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
