Simon is the chief executive officer of Symphony AyasdiAI with strategic and P&L leadership responsibility. He brings three decades of market-recognized business experience in financial crime, risk, and compliance, and patented leadership in financial services technology innovation in network and edge computing, cognitive analytics, and AI. Previously, Simon led Mantas, a firm that defined the founding phase of anti-money laundering (AML) and compliance behavior detection, led multiple other firms as founder, CEO, or board director, and most recently was global head of AI and automation for Infosys Consulting. He delivers a unique balance of strong leadership, deep subject expertise, and focused technology knowledge.

Peter has over two decades enabling technology companies to grow and scale on their way to successful exits. He has deep experience in strategic planning, budgeting, analytics, and fundraising. And he is passionate about driving high growth metrics while also improving operating efficiency. Prior to joining Ayasdi, Peter held senior finance and operating roles at several technology companies including Broadvision, Deem, nComputing, Siperian, and Xeeva. Peter earned his BA and MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Peter enjoys mountain biking, skiing, all Bay Area sports teams and hanging out with his family.

Jennifer Kloke is the Chief Technology Officer at Symphony AyasdiAI and has been with the company since its inception. Throughout Jennifer's tenure at Symphony AyasdiAI, she has led the efforts to automate and expand the insights and impacts possible with data. She has served as the lead for the Symphony AyasdiAI data science efforts for government services as well as the algorithmic side of the engineering team. Jennifer earned her Ph.D. in Mathematics from Stanford University where she was advised by Dr. Gunnar Carlsson and published her dissertation on ''Topological De-Noising: Strengthening the Topological Signal.'' Jennifer received her undergraduate degree in mathematics from Texas A&M University. She is the author on several patents and has published in the Journal of Differential Geometry. Jennifer is married with 3 young children, and when not solving problems, can be found quilting and gardening.
