Your Role:
You will be responsible for supporting our customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company analytical instrumentation. Our varied product lines include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems for LC instrumentation.
Performs maintenance and repairs.
Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.
Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business.
Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software.
Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions.
Qualifications
A Bachelors or master's degree within the science field - e.g. chemistry, analytical chemistry biochemistry, biotechnology or similar
4+ years of experience in a similar position or experience as an end user
Demonstrated expertise with LC
Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
Experience with the Agilent solutions is desired but not essential
Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely

The hourly pay range for this position in PA is $33.00 to $52.00, plus overtime eligible.
This role also includes fieldservice and lead generation incentive bonus plans, on-call pay, company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

Education and Experience:

Previous lead technician or supervisory experience.
Three years' experience as a pharmacy technician with sterile compounding of medications, preferred in the home infusion space.
Experience with management of pharmacy support personnel preferred.

Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting are typical, often for the majority of the workday.
Keyboarding: Frequent use of a keyboard for typing and data entry.
Reaching: Occasionally reaching for items such as files, documents, or office supplies.

Visual Acuity: Good vision for reading documents, computer screens, and other detailed work.

**Scope**
Under supervisory and/or management direction from the Product Service Department, the Electronic Technician will evaluate, troubleshoot and repair dental equipment products produced or sold by Dentsply Sirona. In addition, the Electronic Technician III will be certified to perform quality audits and inspections to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are being consistently followed and all quality standards and regulatory requirements are being met.
**General Responsibilities**
+ Estimate required repairs and prepare service quotes for products in order to meet current standards.
+ Evaluate, troubleshoot and perform repairs that result in the product meeting current manufacturer requirements and standards.
+ Complete all associated repair documentation, including repair service orders, unit and parts evaluations, etc. Complete all computer entry in compliance with established standards or procedures.
+ Track labor costs and parts used in the repair process.
+ Communicate relevant findings or potential future issues with components to Product Service Management, Quality Assurance and customers through documented descriptions entered into the notes section of repair database records.
+ May be responsible for reviewing, documenting, logging, maintaining and/or initiating investigations for potentially serious complaints.
+ Maintain workplace organization, standards and safe working environments in line with Company policies.
+ Remain current on changes in policies, procedures and products.
+ Assist with training new full time and/or temporary employees as needed in compliance with all safety, quality and production policies, rules and procedures.
