Promote from within. Recognize internal talent instead of outsourcing jobs.
Researching the company.
They are friendly. I don't believe they know a lot about what is truly happening at their satellite locations. I believe they are being told one thing while another is happening. This is typical in corporate America.
Absolutely awful. It is not a liveable wage, especially once you factor the benefit premiums.
I feel they could do a lot better than putting their ethnic people around the edges of the company so it appears they're diverse.
