Pros of working at B. F. Saul

My coworkers were respectful and helpful. Integrity was key and everyone took pride in their work. B.F. Saul Jr. had an open door policy and was hands on. It was his legacy and he wasn't afraid to work to keep his employees happy and invested into doing their best.

Cons of working at B. F. Saul

Sometimes you didn't get recognized for raises that would reflect your level of study, workmanship and ability.

B. F. Saul benefits

Having access to the rental properties or hotels at a discounted rate for vacations. In my case christmas and birthday gifts from your supervisors was a treat yo look forward to. The holiday banquets given yo the employees by the owner. And of course end of the year bonuses.
