My coworkers were respectful and helpful. Integrity was key and everyone took pride in their work. B.F. Saul Jr. had an open door policy and was hands on. It was his legacy and he wasn't afraid to work to keep his employees happy and invested into doing their best.

Sometimes you didn't get recognized for raises that would reflect your level of study, workmanship and ability.
