Founded in 1892, the B. F. Saul Company has a proud tradition of consistent growth and financial strength.

Saul Centers operates as a real estate investment trust under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
In the early 1990’s the Saul Company started Saul Centers, a New York Stock Exchange listed REIT, which invests primarily in shopping centers and commercial buildings.
Saul Centers, Inc. (“Saul Centers”) was incorporated on June 10, 1993 as a Maryland corporation and began operations in August 1993.
