Reporting directly to the Production Line Lead or Production Supervisor. A Packaging Machine Operator (PMO) is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various packaging machinery (form fill baggers, case packer, cartons formers, printers, etc.)
Essential Duties:
Efficiently operate various packaging equipment by carrying out machine, product quality, line performance
Perform machine assembly and disassembly as required.
Utilize Redzone as prescribed by the Redzone Administrator that includes but not limited to:
Monitor performance.
Report all material defects.
Effectively perform all scheduled inspections
Maximize product and packaging material yields meeting standards.
Maintain good housekeeping in assigned areas.
Assist in trouble shooting their equipment.
Follow established safety rules and regulations.
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable SOP's.
Perform other duties, jobs or tasks assigned at any area by management to maximize production performance and reduce costs.

SECONDARY JOB SCOPE (SANITATION):
Work as part of the sanitation cleaning crew whose duties are to clean and sanitize processing equipment and processing areas of the plant, to meet Quality Control and Bacterial Standards delineated within Growers Express Safety and Quality Management system. Members of the Sanitation crew are required to completely clean and sanitize the plant quickly and efficiently during relatively short time periods between the plant's normal production shifts, which typically requires that the sanitation worker work during late evenings/night/early morning shifts (specific work shift to be determined by the supervisor), and some overtime (weekends, days, evenings). The sanitation worker will also be working around large processing equipment in which chemicals will be used to complete the sanitation process. The sanitation worker must be able to work as a team along with other members of the crew, under stressful conditions, and be flexible and willing to perform varying tasks per the Sanitation Lead's instructions and in accordance with all safety guidelines mandated by the employer.

Ensure all chemicals are used at proper concentrations by analysis of cleaner strengths on CIP 75 and sanitizers used during the sanitation process in a safe manner
Reporting equipment that is damaged, shows wear, or needs replacement to a Supervisor or Team Leader.
Follow all company SSOPs to clean and sanitize processing equipment and processing facilities.
Prevent cross contamination of product, work-in-progress, food contact surfaces and food contact
packaging during sanitation procedures.
Follow FSQ requirements such as GMP's and other daily job specific duties to support QRMP
Complete all sanitation and required SQF documentation.
Maintain all sanitation related equipment including but not limited to foamers, pressure washers, cleaning equipment and tools.

Responsibilities
You will serve as a deployment manager for the client's linear technology. You will facilitate the clients technology construction deployments by:
Serving as agency representative for assigned project(s), responsible for a successful execution of the CBTT Program
Being responsible for successful project execution including management of scope, schedule, budget, risk, and contractor performance
Being responsible for ensuring timely elevation of project issues through the Planning and Project Execution Team for resolution
Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks, issues, and opportunities for assigned project(s)
Serving as the project expert and spokesperson for the project(s) with responsibility to present, explain, and defend program management issues and directions to higher-level official in CBP, DHS, and other government agencies and interested public groups as requested by the Program Manager.

Qualifications
