    Job Overview: The Security Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure working environment for their assigned shift. Acts as the onsite security lead, using professional judgement and independent decision-making to oversee all security operations during the shift. Core responsibilities include supervising in-house and third-party security, all matters related to physical security, asset protection, emergency and law enforcement response, de-escalation of stressful situations, and taking a concierge security approach for all departments operating within the fulfillment center. Complete monthly audits including but not limited to Hose locks, electronic device allowance and screening. Develop and maintain a working relationship with local law enforcement authorities. Capacity to remain calm in hostile or uncomfortable circumstances.
