Expected to more than what you get paid to do. Assembly Supervisor plays favoritism, force others to work on hard projects, while the favorites get to sit back. Along with expecting you or others to help the favorites even when they don't help when help is needed. Also Assembly Supervisor just sit most of the day or goes missing to gossip and expects you to walk to them when all they do is sit most of the time. Assembly Supervisor does not know anything that is being build.

Haven't seen any perk/ benefit. Aside from just getting pizza as payment for doing end of month rushes
They don't do anything to contribute to Assembly, other than thinking they know what's going on the production floor.
If anything change all the ones who act high and mighty.
Didn't really have one. They hire anyone they can and make a job on the spot if they had to. Basically use anyone they can and drops you after using.

Higher ups tend to favorite certain people and tend to please certain people.
Getting off of work. Lack of organization causes headaches.
