Machine Operator 1st Shift Department: Manufacturing Basic Purpose The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in the department. Our stone fabrication shop is seeking two skilled individuals to join our team as a Finisher and Machine Operator. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the final product meets our high-quality standards. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our machinery. The 360 machine operator is responsible for a range of recycling tasks, including the sorting and recycling of wastes, feeding processing plant and loading HGV's. Key Responsibilities * Operating and maintaining plant in a safe and responsible manner, being mindful of all other site users and visitors, at all times. * Ensuring daily workloads are met by working as a team with other operators and site staff. * Effectively reporting defects and issues with plant machinery along with accidents and incidents to the Site Supervisor. * Ensure all company procedures are always followed, with special focus on Health & Safety.
