On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, this is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine.
You'll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
You'll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer's needs.
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
Our Retail Sales Consultant's earn between $12.92 - $14.72 + up to $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Your Impact
As an advisor to the customer, you'll be working with technology experts to craft architectures and configure products to meet customer-specific needs, are prepared to lead all technical aspects of pre-sales activities, and position security solutions effectively against competing offerings. * Non-exempt employees receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at rate of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees
* Exempt employees participate in Cisco's flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations)
* 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward from one calendar year to the next
* Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members
* Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
* 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

We're looking for a motivated Outside SalesRepresentative to join our team in Hatfield, PA. What You'll Do
Develop and manage a territory sales plan to achieve growth targets and profitability goals.
Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers through on-site visits and responsive service.
Promote Kenco's full range of hydraulic products and services - including hose assemblies, pumps, cylinders, motors, fittings, power units, and repair capabilities.
Collaborate with our in-house service, repair, and fabrication teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and pricing strategies that align with company objectives.
Monitor and report market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Represent Kenco at trade shows, customer events, and industry gatherings.
What You Bring
3-5 years of proven success in outside sales, preferably within industrial distribution, hydraulics, or fluid power.
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of hydraulic systems or related industrial products.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
Associate or bachelor's degree in business, industrial technology, or a related field preferred.
