Requirements:

Sales experience is a big plus, but it's not necessary-we're open to training the right person!
Great verbal and written communication skills-clear and effective is the name of the game.
Strong listening skills and a genuine interest in understanding what customers are looking for.
Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and accounts.
Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets consistently is a bonus.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Team player who can also stay motivated and work independently.
