We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) within the Global Parts & Services organization to serve as the primary contact for customers within an assigned territory for the purpose of identifying replacement parts sales opportunities, proper quotation and order execution including order entry, and order execution management. The Customer Service Representative reports to the District Engineer and is responsible for entering all quote and order requests into the system including uploads of documents and begin the routing process for quote development or order processing. The CSR may also provide direct quotes to customers based on stocked and priced parts. The CSR develops a working relationship with Sales, Service, Project Specialists, and the Customer to systematically provide support to customers to maintain and grow current business levels.

* Serves as primary contact with customers requesting replacement parts including B&W traditional boiler parts, environmental parts, Diamond sootblower parts, ASH parts and B&W Preciptech parts
* Initiates process for quote preparation and order fulfillment:
* Receives all quote/order requests
* Enters quotes and orders into the system and begins routing process as necessary
* Documents customer inquiry information
* Assists in the development of scope of orders and quotes
* May expedite quote/order through process
* Assures quote/order meets customer and internal quality requirements
* Presents quote/order acknowledgement to customer

* Reviews customer PO at sales order entry compared to the matching quote to verify lead time, quantities, price and progress payments if applicable.
* Monitor reports of rescheduled shipments maintaining excellent communication with customers to inform them of revised delivery dates and advise of other changes regarding order fulfillment.
* Works directly with the District Engineer, Field Service personnel, and Replacement Parts Project Specialists in support of the customer territory
* Develop a network of relationships with Sales, Service and the Customer to systematically provide support to customers in order to maintain and grow current business levels.

Project Procurement Manager

The Project Procurement Manager provides procurement guidance, coordination, and management between the Supply Management commodity organizations and proposal/project management organizations for a project from conception through project execution to ensure a coherent approach and transition.

* Act as the Supply Chain contact/interface point for the proposal/project managers, Engineering, and Scheduling in coordinating activities with the Supply Management commodity organizations

* Assist Supply Management in the development of appropriate proposal procurement plans and project procurements execution strategies for all purchased items in concert with Category Managers, commodity buyers and proposal/project managers, and Global Sourcing Offices to support the proposal/project.

* As appropriate, develop proposal RFQ packages for selected equipment/material as determined during the proposal stage in concert with commodity buyers as to supplier considerations. As appropriate, coordinate supplier meetings and communications during the Proposal stage.
* Coordinate pertinent information from Supply Management for inclusion as part of the Company's proposal to potential customers including deviations from customer documents whereby potential savings are identified.
* Ensure necessary documents substantiate pricing and schedules.
* After contract award, lead a "kick-off" meeting with commodity organizations. Discuss sourcing plan, special terms and conditions, schedules, and any commitments made during proposal stage.
* Based upon negotiated commercial terms with customer, coordinate in conjunction with Legal and Project Manager, development of applicable flow-down terms and conditions.
* Communicate deviations from B&W's standard terms & conditions with commodity organizations. Support commodity buyers in supplier negotiations as required

Structural Mechanics Engineer (Entry-Level)

* Designing all structural components related to boiler pressure parts and non-pressure parts, environmental equipment, structural steel, and piping in accordance with applicable code(s) and standards.

A Field Service Engineer will assist more experienced Service Engineers in performing pre-commissioning testing on boilers and environmental equipment and in the development of start-up schedules and procedures to ensure facilities meet pre-commissioning requirements. * Serve as the combustion technical specialist for the organization in the application of advanced concepts, principles, and methods in world-class technologies for energy conversion of fossil fuels, renewable energy and clean power as well as world-class technologies for environmental emissions controls

* Lead commercial and R&D projects and/or small teams, with the selection of proper combustion technologies to achieve project goals while meeting safety standards and emission targets.

Because of the diversity of our equipment portfolio, this position requires an understanding of single burner applications, wall fired and tangential fired large boiler combustion practices and equipment, tuning experience, equipment sizing and emissions predictions. Both in-house developed custom programs and tools as well as commercially available modeling tools will be utilized. Experience with commercially available combustion modeling tools is desirable.
* Must have a strong familiarity with EPA test methods for emissions, and/or international equivalent testing codes.
