Active Class A Commercial Driver's License

Job Responsibilities
Perform pre-trip inspection on equipment in alignment with MPC policy and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Check tank truck/trailer or tractor/trailer for general operating requirements and make sure that all required equipment is available and in good operating condition. Note inspection and deficiencies on the pre-trip inspection form.
Drive a tank truck/trailer or tractor/trailer to transport product in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. Obey all applicable federal, state and local laws. Follow MPC and site specific standard operating procedures for the loading and offloading process.
Perform post-trip inspection on equipment in alignment with MPC policy and DOT regulations. Complete all regulatory and customary paperwork. Ensure equipment is ready for the next shift.
Communicate all incidents, including safety and environmental concerns, according to company procedures.
Report all equipment issues in a timely manner.
Follow, maintain, and adhere to all safety rules and operating procedures, including all DOT regulations.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions.
Must be able to work on elevated spaces: 30+ feet on graded elevation.
Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and/or pull 50-65 lbs.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
Must be able to grip a steering wheel for extended periods of time.

The Area Leader is responsible for overall team member engagement for those in span of care. Department Overview
Gas Operations oversees the natural gas transmission and distribution operations. The team maintains and operates 6,700 miles of gas transmission pipeline, 43,000 miles of distribution main, 3.6 million gas services, three PG&E-owned storage facilities with 102 BCF capacity, nine compressor stations with 175K HP, and 5,000 measurement and control facilities. Gas Operations is comprised of approximately 6,000 coworkers.
Position Summary
The Quality Assurance (QA) Auditor performs QA oversight and/or audits of program compliance to ensure processes, systems, structures and/or components meet required specifications. The QA Auditor develops clear and concise written reports which describe audit findings and are used to communicate to various levels of management. The QA Auditor develops and updates internal auditing and quality improvement processes and strives to verify and document PG&E's overall effectiveness related to regulatory mandates and internal compliance standards. The QA Auditor may work with regulatory agencies on inspections or audits and provide information to them as required.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $118,000
Bay Area Maximum: $188,000

Job Responsibilities
Trains/mentors department members for ASQ certification and recertification and contributes to the preparation and implementation of department training.
Leads and mentors others in cause analysis and identifies linkages to business objectives.
Develops or modifies quality assurance audit procedures and methodology. Benchmarks audit effectiveness and corrective action follow-up, identifying best practices and sharing lessons learned. Develops written reports for upper management summarizing audit findings, observations, and trends.
Leads/coordinates department special projects.

Provides Subject Matter Expertise of all oversight/audit functions.
Measures compliance with field methods, procedures, processes and standards by conducting oversight activities/audits of completed work and/or business processes, ensuring adherence to and accountability for established work methods, procedures and processes through performing QA and QC audits.
Takes a lead role in working with the business process owners to develop oversight/audit plan, including information and data gathering, interview schedule, site visit schedule, associated logistics, and other audit related activities.
Recommends process improvements as needed to meet department and/or company objectives. Promotes performance improvement throughout the organization. Maintains awareness of the business context and company profitability and efficiencies.
Qualifications
Minimum:
High School or GED-General Educational Development-GED Diploma
7 years of auditing or quality experience with 3 years of experience as a lead auditor; OR 3 years of auditing or quality experience and 5 years of experience in the field performing maintenance, operation, engineering or other execution of work in electric, gas and/or power generation.

About the Role
Crusoe is seeking a Acquisitions and Development Director to lead the execution of our large-scale AI data center projects, each exceeding $1B in scope. This role will be central to the our investment strategy, with involvement in all aspects of the deal life cycle, including deal sourcing, term sheet, PSA, and/or JV documentation and negotiation, entitlements and permitting oversight, lease negotiation, lender coordination, due diligence coordination, contractor management, and proforma and underwriting oversight.
You will serve as the primary acquisitions and development leader on critical projects, ensuring flawless delivery while protecting key tenant relationships, financial targets, and executional risk. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring transactions, legal, financial, and development management acumen.
What You'll Be Working On
Originate new business opportunities for the platform, including sourcing, initial due diligence, term sheet/LOI structuring, and internal approvals
Lead the development and execution of Crusoe's multi‑billion dollar data center campuses, from initial planning through delivery
Manage project‑level joint venture agreements, lease documents, loan agreements, and entitlement approvals
Serve as the primary point of contact with lenders, tenants, government agencies, and internal stakeholders
Direct construction managers, engineering teams, and third‑party consultants
Build and maintain master project schedules, aligning design, permitting, and construction milestones
Identify and proactively resolve execution risks before they impact delivery
Help scale Crusoe's real‑estate investment function by mentoring future hires and contributing to long‑term org design
What You'll Bring to the Team
Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate acquisitions and development roles, preferably in office, industrial, life sciences, or infrastructure
Strong working knowledge of term sheet/PSA negotiations, JV structuring, lease negotiations, construction contracts, and financing
Extensive transaction experience in acquisitions and dispositions and/or large scale development project oversight end‑to‑end
Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels with limited oversight
Background in institutional real estate investment or development or commercial real estate transactions advisory
Experience working in entrepreneurial environments with a bias toward action
Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
Bonus Points: Prior exposure to data centers or digital infrastructure
Experience with carried interest structures or performance‑driven incentive programs
Familiarity with utility coordination, permitting timelines, and municipal approval processes

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $180,000-$270,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
