Tom Finke is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Babson Capital Management, a position he has held since 2008. Mr. Finke has guided the growth of Babson into a global investment management firm with over $200 billion in assets under management and locations in U.S., Europe, Australia and Asia. In addition to his Babson duties, Mr. Finke is Chairman of Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, LLC and Director of Wood Creek Capital Management, LLC; both are wholly owned subsidiaries of Babson Capital Management LLC. Between December 2008 and May 2011, Mr. Finke also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer for the Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, relinquishing these duties to focus on the expanding Babson enterprise. Mr. Finke’s 28-year financial career has included roles in both the banking and investment industries. He joined Babson in June 2002 when the firm acquired First Union Institutional Debt Management, a $3.6 billion high yield loan manager he co-founded in 1998, from Wachovia Corporation. Mr. Finke’s career prior to IDM included positions in High Yield and Loan Syndications at First Union Capital Markets, Bear Stearns and Company and Mellon Bank. Mr. Finke has been an active advocate for the leveraged loan and securitized markets. He was a founding member of the Board of Directors for the Loan Syndication & Trading Association (“LSTA”), and also for the Structured Finance Industry Group (“SFIG”). Mr. Finke received an M.B.A. from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.

Paul Thompson is Babson’s Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Global Investment Services. Paul is a member of the firm’s Senior Management Team, and is also a Board Member of Babson Capital Europe, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers and Wood Creek Capital Management. He is responsible for oversight of the firm’s trading operations, middle office, information technology, finance department, portfolio/client services and investment risk organizations. Paul has over 20 years of investment industry experience. Prior to his current role, he led the formation of Babson’s Global Investment Services team and successfully launched several major initiatives, including the outsourcing of key operations and the transformation of the firm’s information technology platform. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, he was a Vice President/Product Manager of Collateralized Debt Obligations for the Corporate Trust Group at Wachovia Bank. Before joining Wachovia, he was a Vice President at State Street Bank & Trust Company, as well as an Associate at Cypress Tree Investment Management Company. Paul holds a B.S. from Providence College.

Susan Moore is Babson’s Chief Administrative Officer and Head of Global Human Resources, Communications & Public Relations. She is also a member of the firm’s Senior Management Team and serves on the Board of Directors for Babson Capital Australia, Babson Capital Japan and Babson Capital Cornerstone Asia. Susan is responsible for all employment activities that attract, develop and reward a motivated and competent workforce. She has over 25 years of investment industry experience encompassing business leadership & strategy, organizational and employee development, and Global Human Resource management. Prior to joining the firm in 1989, she worked at MassMutual as a Human Resource Consultant. Susan is a B.S. candidate at Bay Path College, holds the professional designation of Advanced Human Resource Professional Series from Cornell University, and is a member of the Society for HR Management (SHRM).

Ms. Melissa M. LaGrant serves as Chief Compliance Officer of Babson Capital Participation Investors. She has been Managing Director (since 2005), Babson Capital; Chief Compliance Officer (since 2012), Babson Capital Global Short Duration High Yield Fund; Vice President and Senior Compliance Trading Manager (2003-2005), Loomis, Sayles & Company, L.P.;
