RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Receives children and records daily arrival time; reviews the physical/emotional condition to ensure the child's well being.
Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with various entities such as students, parents, teachers and school administrators.
Sets up and implements daily before and after school activities.

Education
Graduate of Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) program.

is seeking an In-Home Medical Day Care Provider to provide personal care and supervision for an individual with special health care needs in their home. Compensation $18/hour. Schedulevarious hours between 9a-5p M-F What You'll Do
Provide direct care and assist individuals with daily living and behavioral needs in the family's home.
Implement care plans and provide ongoing feedback regarding additional or changing care plan needs to individual's supervisor.
Perform duties related to the tracking and upkeep of participant's personal belongings.
Responsible for timely and accurate communication regarding services with families, staff, and supervisors.
Become certified for medication administration as well as other specialized trainings as identified.
Pass MVR background check to be an approved driver and take individual into the community.
What You'll Need
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Experience working with or knowledge of individuals with special health care needs preferred.
Must be able to provide your own transportation.
Ability to electronically document services provided.
Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.
