Physical Requirements:

FULL-TIME CHILD CARE POSITION 40hrs/Week Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm w/ a 30 min lunch Our child care program is part of our trauma-informed, Women's Services Program. We provide care for our patients' children while they utilize our services. Our child care workers are expected to provide a safe play environment that encourages learning through exploration and curiosity, strengthens the development of social, intellectual, and communication skills, as well as reinforces the importance of total family wellness. Child care staff are responsible for helping our patients' children feel safe and well-cared for, entertaining/playing with them in developmentally appropriate ways, seeing to physical needs (i.e. diaper changing, restroom use, bottles, feeding, comforting, and hand/face washing), as well as being sensitive to the parent and child's needs.
