What you'll do.
As an ABA Like Skills Trainer you will work with 1-2 individuals with ASD (at different times) 1:1 in their home (and at our center), implement a behavior plan as instructed by your direct supervisor, and daily data collection.
Qualifications/skills to have.
Energetic individuals passionate about working with those impacted by ASD, organized and able to follow behavior plans, responsible and timely, desires a fun work environment with room to grow, experience working with individuals with ASD preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred. RBT or ABA experience preferred.
Part Time (Under 24 hours) & Full Time (24-30 hours) positions available. Sessions are after school during the school year and Saturdays. Early Childhood sessions may be during the day as well.

Primary Responsibilities:
Be knowledgeable about SMOC Child Care and Head Start philosophy and all regulations and performance standards (EEC, Head Start, NAEYC and QRIS) applicable to the assigned classroom.
