Employee must be reliable, responsible, and hard working. Employess are expected to lead large & small groups, interact with each child, communicate through the Brightwheel app with parents as well as enter activities done throughout the day for parents to see, lesson plans, and light cleaning. We love messy sensory play here at Bright Steps wether it be with paint, mud, food, or any other fun things, so teachers must not be afaid of a little messy play/ceanup.
