I most recently served Charles & Colvard, first as an independent Board Director, then as President & CEO from 2015-June 2020. Previously, I served as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Global Services, Product Management and Sales Operations at ChannelAdvisor, a SaaS based multi-channel e-commerce solution provider. As a member of ChannelAdvisor’s executive leadership team, I helped prepare the business for their IPO in 2013. We grew the company from 200 to more than 600 employees, and from annual revenues of $40 million to more than $100 million by the end of my tenure.With a breadth of expertise from CEO to board director and change agent, I am seeking new opportunities to serve companies where my skills in e-commerce, software development and brand management can be leveraged to drive growth and deliver shareholder value.
