    WHAT DOES A CUSTOMS SPECIALIST DO? Responsible for executing the import of tax paid and tax suspended cargo, admissions into the Foreign Trade Zone, and various other import and export related processes. Ensure compliance with domestic and international laws and facilitate the smooth transit of goods across borders. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all aspects of distribution center activities, ensuring efficient management of receipts, shipments, replenishments, and returns. The Maintenance Technician is expected to be a detail oriented team player that uses his/her abitilites to ensure the efficiency of the facility reflects the quality of Bacardi rum. RESPONSIBILITIES WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO: * Identify, troubleshoot, and repair site (manufacturing and facilities) equipment's problems, failures, and unsafe conditions. * Complete preventive, predictive, corrective, proactive activities on site (manufacturing and facilities) equipment's adhering to the weekly maintenance plan while ensuring that safety procedures are followed and addresses any dangerous or unsafe conditions. * Perform maintenance activities with attention to detail to ensure all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner while ensuring potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked. * Conduct initial problem-solving analysis (IBSPT) and propose ideas to reduce unplanned downtime and increase site (manufacturing and facilities) equipment's reliability. * Analyse equipment history and identify areas of improvements to eliminate repetitive failures. * Maintain a clean and safe working environment by complying with procedures, policies, and regulations. * Maintain accurate technical reports and keep up-to-date records of all maintenance activities in CMMS (Generate Notifications, complete WOs assigned, and capture required data - work hours, BDEs, etc). * Support Maintenance planner in the Planning and Scheduling process (including parts and services procurement). * Identify opportunities to improve maintenance process and documentation (procedures, job plan, PMs, etc). * Support MRO to maintain an optimum inventory of spare parts. * Support production personnel in basic equipment maintenance procedures. * Support Shift DDS meetings including reporting maintenance performance / results within the shift * Active Participation in continuous Improvement Initiatives (BOS) to improve efficiencies, reduce waste or learn new skills. * Contributes to the overall success of the Maintenance Department by performing other essential duties and responsibilities as assigned. Note: To perform any maintenance activity in electrical assets, prim@ must be qualified by designated personnel as per matrix included in Electrical Safety Policy SKILLS THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY: * At least 5-7 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with packaging/high speed production (e.g., bottling, consumer products, etc.) and be able to install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain in is some of the following areas. * PLC / HMI interpretation and programming (e.g., ladder logic, computer control systems - switches, relays, etc). Allen Bradley / SLC family using RS Logix 500 software / Panel View (Preferred) * Electrical and Electronics systems (e.g., AC/DC motors, frequency drive, level probes, flow meters, drives/VFDs, wiring, etc.) * Mechanical systems (e.g., pumps, gear boxes, chains, sprockets, motors, seals, bearings, valves, etc). * Hydraulic and pneumatics systems (high pressure cylinders, pumps, valves, solenoids, cylinders, etc) * Facilities Maintenance (e.g., boilers, generators, HVAC, electrical installations, etc.) * Machine Shop / Fabrication (e.g., CNC, Welding, etc.) * Machine / Line Control and Coding Devices (e.g., video jets, laser printers, inspectors, etc) * Breakdowns / Failure Analysis (problem solving to identify root cause) * Able to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics.     WHAT DOES A MAINTENANCE PROCESS OWNER DO? The Maintenance Process Owner is responsible for: (1) Increasing the site asset reliability (manufacturing and facilities equipment) by analyzing performance, processes, and procedures, identifying root cause / improvement opportunities and defining and/or implementing actions to achieve company targets - adding efficiency and removing waste; (2) Ensuring that all maintenance activities and processes adhere to regulatory standards, industry guidelines, and internal policies by developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs related to maintenance operations to enhance safety, efficiency, and regulatory adherence. He/She actively participates in projects across the site while leading some programs to foster a Maintenance Excellence culture. ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate for this position is a well rounded, proactive-minded person that can work independently in a fast paced industrial setting. The Maintenance Process Owner is a detail oriented, strategic thinker that uses his/her technical expertise and problem solving skills to ensure the efficiency of the facility reflects the quality of Bacardi rum. RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO: Process Ownership & Reliability * Develop, document, and maintain maintenance processes and procedures (PMs, job plans, condition monitoring, reliability standards) * Own and continuously improve the Asset Management Strategy, including asset lists, criticality ranking, maintenance types, and lifecycle documentation for all site equipment * Ensure accuracy and consistency of CMMS data (work orders, downtime, asset criticality, BOMs, and history) * Analyze maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, downtime, cost) and provide insights to improve asset reliability * Lead and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment and process failures, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to identify corrective and preventive actions Continuous Improvement * Identify opportunities to streamline maintenance processes and reduce costs through efficiency improvements * Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, BOS) to increase asset uptime and extend equipment lifecycle * Partner with Maintenance Planners and Engineers to optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies Compliance & Documentation * Oversee PSM (Process Safety Management) Maintenance Activities to ensure all maintenance programs meet regulatory and company requirements * Ensure maintenance activities are performed in compliance with OSHA, EPA, PSM, and other applicable regulations * Maintain accurate technical records, reliability reports, and compliance documentation * Support audits by providing maintenance process data and ensuring corrective actions are tracked Collaboration & Technical Expertise * Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for maintenance processes, tools, and methodologies * Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure alignment on reliability strategies * Provide guidance and training support to technicians and team members on process requirements and CMMS best practices * Support procurement and vendor discussions related to spare parts, services, and reliability improvements * Contribute to 3-Year Capex planning and execution * Support Maintenance planner in the Planning and Scheduling process. * Contributes to the overall success of the Maintenance Department by performing other essential duties and responsibilities as assigned SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or equivalent technical discipline * 5+ years of experience in plant maintenance/reliability in a manufacturing environment with packaging/high speed production (i.e., bottling, consumer products, etc.) * Proficiency in CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) * Advance with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint * Strong analytical skills and experience with maintenance KPIs * Knowledge of regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, PSM) * Experience with manufacturing equipment installation and start-up * Experience in electrical Safety (NFPA70E), ISO 9000, GMP and HACCP (preferred) * Certifications preferred: CMRP, Lean Six Sigma, PMP PERSONAL QUALITIES * High level of personal responsibility and accountability for results. * Strong Problem solving and troubleshooting skills: Detail Oriented (diagnostics pinpointing and fixing it) * Strong Interpersonal (Communication) and Resilience Skills * Strong Teamwork and Collaborations Skills including Mentoring and Coaching Others * Strong Time Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to Define Priorities and Manage Several Tasks in parallel. * Strong Commitment to Continuous Improvement and Competency Development. * Exhibit flexible approach and willingness to work off shifts and weekends to accomplish goals.
