Mission
Create high-quality, culturally sharp video content that celebrates refurbished tech, the culture around it, and the movement against fast tech. Reporting to the Senior Creative Lead, this role supports fast-paced content production, rapid experimentation, and global scalability, with work spanning social, YouTube, with long and short form storytelling as needed. The content should feel witty, sharp, and unmistakably Back Market.
Key Responsibilities
● Ideate, shoot, and edit video content across social and brand channels, including YouTube (short- and long-form), TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
● Rapidly prototype new formats and publish frequently in a fast-moving environment.
● Produce reactive content within 24-48 hours when needed.
● Work closely with Global Creative and US Social teams and report to and be supervised by Senior Creative Lead
● Collaborate with PR, Brand, Product, Editorial, and Performance teams to create versatile, multi-use video assets.
● Support YouTube shoots and longer-form storytelling when needed, including filming and post-production.
● Adapt video content for use across Editorial, PR, Email, Landing Pages, Paid, and SEO.
● Manage filming, lighting, audio, and production needs independently when required.
● Maintain high visual, editorial, and storytelling standards across all outputs.
● Stay plugged into internet culture, tech trends, and sustainability narratives to inform ideas.
Profile
● 2-5 years of experience in video content creation, videography, or production.
● Proven ability to independently ideate, shoot, and edit end-to-end.
● Strong visual judgment, taste, and editorial instincts.
● Solid camera, lighting, and audio fundamentals.
● Native-level English writing skills for scripts, hooks, and captions.

This position has an estimated annual base salary range of $100k to $120k plus opportunities for equity. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Performs all essential functions under the direction of the Supervisor and with guidance from the Clinical Educator, Preceptor or in collaboration with other Registered Nurses.

· Ensures correct laboratory collection, processing and shipping procedures are performed and reschedules missed or insufficient laboratory collections.
· Identifies expected outcomes, documents and updates the nursing assessment and plan of care for assigned patients through collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.

What are we looking for:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site E-Commerce Specialist to support the daily management, production, and optimization of our online stores for both Tally Taylor and For Her NYC. This role is on-site only and based in New Hyde Park, NY.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple brands, has a strong eye for detail, and is comfortable balancing creative execution with data-driven thinking. About The Role
