:
- Line Cooks - Our Line Cooks are key in coordinating food orders to support expedient and fresh delivery to each table, focusing on consistency with each order, all while following proper food safety and sanitation standards to guarantee safety.
- Prep Cooks - Our Prep Cooks have a hand in ensuring the highest quality of food is prepared in our kitchen. They properly stock the kitchen and line with all necessary ingredients to allow our cooks to complete orders on time, while following proper food safety and sanitation standards to guarantee safety.
- Dishwashers - Our Dishwashers are essential in our daily operations by ensuring our pots, pans, utensils, glasswares, etc., are always clean and fully stocked for both Front of House and Kitchen teams.
Rate of pay ranges from $14 - $18/hr depending on the role. Additional wages from event gratuities will also be paid out to all positions when there are special events!

WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY FOR
As the New Store Opening (NSO) Back of House Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Back of House teams, cakers, bakers, sandwich and salad makers, during the opening store process to ensure they are well prepared for their new roles. This includes reminding them of best practices, skills, and techniques needed to produce the highest quality bakery products.
You will be a key contributor who focuses on educating and mentoring these Back of House team members effectively to ensure there is always consistency in execution of our high quality standards.
KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with NSO General Manager, NSO Food Production Managers, and NSO Managers, to ensure a sound and seamless new store opening process that includes following company processes and procedures to operate at the highest level of effectiveness and efficiency.
- Responsible for supporting the new store franchise teams with executing to the appropriate production levels for the café.
- Work in alignment with café BOH teams and Managers to ensure projected production pars are met, with a focus on quality product being produced.
- Partner with NSO Food Production Manager and NSO Manager on any Back of House staffing or skills issues during opening.
- Share feedback with NSO Food Production Manager on the scheduling opportunities with the Back of House teams to ensure there is adequate coverage based on the needs of the business.
- Responsible for working alongside Back of House teams to show the process of ordering and receiving of shipments.
- Responsible for ensuring the entire café team is consistently adhering to sanitation and food safety standards
- Provide coaching, feedback and recognition to ensure the Back of House teams are maintaining and executing to the highest standards of product quality and adherence to Paris Baguette’s mission, vision and brand values.
- Ability to work extended workdays to the support business as needed.
