As an Inbound Expert, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:
* Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
* Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.
* Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories.
* Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
* Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive (ESIM) items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
* Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
* Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
* Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
* When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
* Thank guests and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target.

Box Office
Operating POS system, including the proper handling of and responsibility for accuracy of cash drawer, credit cards, travelers' checks, gift cards and redeemed discount tickets, passes and coupons
Up selling/suggestive selling of Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX).
Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy
Responding to phone calls and questions from guests in a manner that is consistent with our guest service philosophy
Concession
Operating POS system, including the proper handling of and responsibility for accuracy of cash drawer, credit cards, travelers' checks, gift cards and redeemed coupons as well as concession stock inventory.
Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
Operating, preparing and cleaning of all concession related equipment
Up selling/Suggestive selling
Complying with all local, state and federal food safety laws.
Abide by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods.
Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable.
If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, you must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol according to state or local laws.
Required to read and understand training materials that will cover subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination.
Usher
Tearing tickets, collecting and depositing appropriate stub, and directing patrons to their auditoriums.
Inspecting backpacks and packages when applicable.
Managing crowd control and assisting guests in finding seats in auditoriums when necessary
Enforcement of MPAA rating system
Conducting in theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound quality, watch for film and content theft, and help maintain a safe quality environment within the auditoriums
Reporting to the management any problems, discrepancies or unusual situations that arise at the theatre.
Perform in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales as directed by management
Cleaning auditoriums at the end of scheduled shows and maintaining clean restrooms, lobby area, hallways and other areas outside of the auditorium
Monitoring the cleanliness and operation of theatre vending equipment
Assisting with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

Efficiently process each customer grocery order. Error free and resulting in a happy and satisfied customer.
Process all forms of payments (i.e., cash, credit, checks, EBT, WIC, Rain checks, coupons, vouchers, gift cards, etc.) in accordance with Company guidelines.
Accurately and quickly collect proper payment and provide proper change.
Assist customers in retrieving items from inaccessible areas or in obtaining products that are either located in warehouse or items they may have difficulty handling.
Comply with quality control standards and high customer service methods. Be attentive to the customer. This includes looking the person in the eyes and listening to their needs, to accommodate them.
Become familiar with invoice documents and confirm accuracy of item descriptions, size, quantities, and pricing during vendor product deliveries.
Assist in receiving and unloading merchandise; check and verify receiving to ensure that items listed on vendor invoices are all delivered; check product for quality, count, and condition.
Follow approved procedures for receiving product, price marking and restocking to ensure quality protection, accuracy, and product rotation.
Perform the receipt of merchandise deliveries into the store, verifying merchandise with packing slips, confirming prices, recording the entry of goods to the receiving registers, processing documentation for back-ordered or short-shipped items.
Open cartons and price items accurately and legibly; keep store management informed of pricing problem areas and discrepancies.
Keep all grocery items rotated in accordance with store policy and product code dates and always make use of the oldest product first (first in, first out),
Maintain a clean, organized, and neat presentation of products; this includes proper pricing, signs and tags.
Take stock to applicable storage and shelf areas and notify manager of low inventory conditions or excessive product spoilage problems.
Under the direction of the Store Management, mark down outdated products daily to promote sales of unsold goods and maintain the store's image for the highest quality for grocery products.
Accurately record markups and markdowns, in-store use of merchandise, voids, and refunds and bad merchandise/spoilage write-offs in accordance with company policies.
Be aware of competitor pricing and advertising tactics to protect the company from market share erosion. Communicate recommendations to the Store Management.
Takes affirmative action to control shrinkage and pilferage losses; observes security standards by staying alert and being aware of customer actions and behavior reported to manager any abnormal behavior.
Maintain all areas in a clean and orderly manner, especially those areas of high visibility.
Assure the highest possible levels of sanitation and safety within the entire store.
Assist in keeping food preparation, display, and storage areas clean, clear and in good order through regular cleaning and sanitation program.
When assigned, routinely check refrigeration equipment for proper performance.
Immediately communicate temperature failure of cases/storage areas or of any maintenance or equipment problems to the department manager.
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of all equipment to ensure safe, clean, and sanitary operating conditions.
Use all equipment, tools and utensils in a safe manner and comply with safety policies and procedures.
During any slow periods, to stay productive, performing other duties as assigned.
Exhibit an attitude and approach to "get the job done no matter what it takes."
Maintain a positive attitude and spirit of cooperation within the all store staff, vendors and customer. This includes the degree of cooperation, communication, and coordination between this position and its peers in other stores.
When instructed, to train department employees in the use of all equipment, tools, and utensils to ensure their safety.
Notified Store Management of policy violations that is having an adverse effect on operations.

Modifies displays for safe handling by customers, e.g., bolting heavy equipment, taping blade edges.
Follows all safety and security procedures.
Pulls loose cardboard and slip-sheets from floor.
Operates cardboard baler and trash compactor.
Rewraps loose product using shrink-wrap.
Provides prompt and courteous customer service.
Helps customers to load large items into their cart, directs customers to products, and relates products knowledge.
Assists customers in getting product to their vehicle and loading product into vehicle.
Retrieves shopping carts from the parking lot and returns them to their staging area.
Load and unload freight trucks using forklift and or pallet jack, staging product pallets in assigned areas.
Fills propane tanks for customers.
Ensures all current safety guidelines are followed when conducting propane operations.
Assists with front end duties as necessary.
Assists in other departments of the store as necessary.
Performs other functions as necessary or assigned.
Operate manual pallet jack, wheeled carts, trash compactor, cardboard baler, product marking gun, shrink wrap machine, wrench, screwdriver, pliers, box knife.
Occasionally operate cash register, handheld scanners, computer, fax machine, phone, printer.
Performs other functions as necessary or assigned.
Experience/Education:
A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Working Environment
Work is performed in a store setting with ability to speak and receive phone communications often. Work requires computer usage with strength, dexterity, coordination and visual acuity to use keyboard and video display terminal and other office equipment. Continuously standing, walking, reaching at/below shoulders, frequently lift/carry up to 50 pounds below waist, up to 75 pounds at waist/chest and occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds.
